Before you call.

Why separate networks for POS, staff and guests?

Card readers and POS terminals should not share a network with guest WiFi. Separate VLANs keep guest devices away from payment traffic, reduce PCI scope, and stop a crowd of phones from slowing down ticket printing.

Can you install or fix gear without closing for a day?

Yes. Installs are scheduled around service, usually before open or after close, and the old setup stays running until the new one is tested.

What happens when the internet goes down mid-service?

We can add a cellular (LTE or 5G) backup connection that takes over automatically, so card payments and online orders keep working while the main line is repaired.

Do you build websites for bars and restaurants too?
